Lemon Fluff Dessert
This was Pres. Kimball's favorite dessert. The recipe came from his wife, Camilla Eyring Kimball.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool. Whip chilled, evaporated milk and add to cooled gelatin. In another bowl, blend sugar and cream cheese. Stir into gelatin mixture. Add lemon juice and grated rind.
Mix butter with crushed graham crackers. Press a generous half of crust in bottom of 8" square pan. (I usually do this first). Spoon in filling and top with remaining crumbs. Chill 3 hours or overnight. Yield: 10 servings (not if Phil's is on of them)
